This capstone course earns participants their training certification with Construction Instruction, validating that they have the skills to build Zero Defect, Zero Energy, Zero Carbon homes. This 2.5-day course examines the evolution of advanced enclosure systems, high-performance mechanical design, renewable energy integration, water-efficiency strategies, and carbon-accounting methods used to measure and reduce both operational and embodied carbon—all through the lens of long-term building resiliency.
